TBG’s current MHIC program offers two-year bonds in two amounts: $30,000 and $100,000. The current program states that applications may be evaluated using a soft personal-credit pull, discharged bankruptcies may be acceptable and credit scores as low as 550 may be considered.
These are program guidelines, not guarantees. Approval, premium and terms remain subject to current surety underwriting.
